Digital. I’ve subscribed to many publications online, along to streaming platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. I’ve also registered to a few online courses via coursera. They give you free access to classes from Princeton, Stanford and Yale. Along many other Ivy League Universities. Why not learn something new?

I wash my face every morning and evening. Then I apply some moisturisers and eye cream booster from Dr. Levy.
YOUR GO TO VITAMINS?
Vitamin C and Magnesium.
WHAT IS YOUR HOME WORKOUT OF CHOICE?
I love testing out every other day what the internet has to offer. I have tried a few live streaming yoga classes, some pilates. I also did a 30 min Zumba Latin dance class which was hilarious.
I then tried some aerobics classes. Looked up at some 80s video, the outfits are incredible.
The important thing for about exercising for me, whether at home or not, is to always test something new. That is fun and takes your mind of whatever you have going on in your head.
