Born in Clifton, Bristol, Adjoa Andoh has built her acting career across stage, film, television and radio.
Acclaimed for her features in Bridgerton - NAACP nominated, Invictus and Doctor Who, as well as leading roles for the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre, Adjoa also directs, teaches, writes and has projects in development with her production company SwingingTheLens. She has been announced as the 2022-2023 Oxford University Cameron Mackintosh Visiting Chair of Contemporary Drama. Adjoa is also a Fairtrade Patron and a Patron of Tree Aid. She serves as a prime example of power in the frontline of the media, and chooses to style her success through our olive single breasted suit.
