Thank you for booking a colour consultation with us. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Consultation Fee

• The colour consultation is complimentary with any purchase over £500.
• For purchases under £500, the consultation fee is £200.

2. Refunds and Returns

• If a purchase over £500 is returned or refunded, resulting in the total purchase amount falling below £500, the client will be invoiced for the £200 consultation fee.

3. Payment

• Any applicable consultation fees will be charged at the time of booking or invoiced separately as per the conditions above.

4. Cancellation

• Cancellation policies for consultations will be provided separately.
