Well I’ve actually thought a lot about the quote you love which is ‘This Too Shall Pass’. I also pull a card from my ‘Inner Compass’ guidance deck everyday - these cards have a way of being so appropriate and I’m constantly receiving the messages that I need. Today’s was SURRENDER! I do have so much faith that the world is going to be a much better place once this is all over and that is keeping me going daily.

WHAT SMALL BUSINESSES ARE YOU LOVING AND WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A SHOUT TO?

The Lifestyle & Vintage shop The Edition 94  I did a shop just before we all went into quarantine and honestly, it’s made such a difference to my home. I lay the table beautifully each night, I’ve filled some little vases with spring flowers and I serve my food on gorgeous platters. What else do I need?

The Bridal/Batchlorette boutique Gigi & Olive.  It has the most gorgeous collection of brands and bridal (and non bridal!) present ideas - and I’ve actually just ordered myself some cashmere socks to keep my feet warm while enjoying not wearing shoes at home! And I never take out my G&O scrunchie.

 

WHAT RESTAURANT WILL BE YOUR FIRST MEAL POST QUARANTINE?

To be honest, I’m quite enjoying cooking at home and have actually been exploring new recipes because I feel I have more time to do so… So I’m not missing eating out too much! However, I cannot wait for a bowl of Lina Stores’ pasta and some e&o dim sum!

Queef… That’s not actually it’s real name, and I can’t remember what it’s called but I CAN remember the rules, and it’s fun!

 

WHAT WOULD YOUR DREAM SUIT LOOK LIKE?

It depends what mood I’m in… I’m obsessed with pink so a double breasted pale pink with white silk facings - I honestly think that would be the dream! Or on the other hand, a gorgeous navy… perfect for work.

 

WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING ON NETFLIX?

I’ve exhausted the Netflix options so I’m now watching ‘This Is Us’ on Amazon Prime, its SO good!

 

WHAT ARE YOU READING?

I’m reading Wild Power by Alexandra Pope. It’s a book all about understanding the Menstrual Cycle (because I love knowing more about those sorts of things!) but next on my list is Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss.

YOUR GO TO VITAMINS?

At the moment I’m taking Source Wellness ‘Wellness Formula’ which I buy in Wholefoods / Planet Organic. It’s the best vitamin I’ve ever taken! (Can’t find a link online as all out of stock)

I also swear by Better you B12 & Vitamin D  and Your Zooki Vitamin C

 

WHAT IS YOUR HOME WORKOUT OF CHOICE?  

My amazing pilates teacher @nathalie.clough does insta live pilates every evening at 6pm so I’m doing that. And in the morning I’m going for a long walk and then either doing 8 min abs or 12 min arms! Honestly, LOVING the home workouts — I really find it sets me up for the day.

I am also keen to try the Core Collective CCTV, but I haven’t quite got there yet.
